Nicknamed "Red" and "Double D", Darrin DeTorre say he runs because he has no eye-hand coordination. "It is the easiest sport for a clumsy guy like me," says Darrin. Born in Ocala, Florida, Darrin wishes to one day coach track and cross country at the Highschool level. Currently Darrin is training to compete in his first half iron distance triathlon in Augusta. The race is in September and Darrin will be joined by owners Owen and Jo Shoot, along with many members of the North Florida running and triathlon community.
