 5K, Half, and Full Marathon Training Programs
Whether you are taking your first steps towards personal fitness, or pursuing a personal best in the marathon, we have a training program designed to help you meet your goals.

Short, Sweet, and On Your Feet
This 10-week training program focuses on preparing runners for the 5K or 10K distances.  Sessions begin at various times throughout the year to align with some of Jacksonville's best 5K and 10K races.

Price: $150 

The Mean Tween
This 12-week training program focuses on preparing runners for the 15K or or half marathon distances.  The programs have two sessions annually to prepare runners for either the Outhback Half Marathon or Gate River Run.

Price: $150 

Marathon Mania
This 16-week training program focuses on preparing runners for the marathon distances.  Three sessions are scheduled annually to prepare runners for fall, winter, or spring marathons
