Jenny is currently a Wellness/Patient Educator and Licensed Massage Therapist at a Physical Therapy facility in Mandarin. She also accepts individual therapy clients by appointment. She has been a licensed massage therapist since 1993 and specializes in structural balance to relieve pain. Her training in Wellness also allows her to educate her patients in self-responsibility so that they may continue to experience health in a positive manner after they leave their treatments with her. Being trained as a kinesio-taping practitioner (think Olympics) is another tool in her arsenal of successful treatment protocols.

She has been an athlete most of her life participating in soccer, softball, basketball and racquetball, but focused on track and cross country through her high school, college and post college years which inspired her to also coach high school and college track & cross country athletes.

Her experience includes over 23 years of implementing personal exercise/work out programs for a variety of individuals from the weekend warrior to the competitive athlete. Her main focus in coaching is sport specific strength training with proper biomechanics and modifications of exercise/movement to fit the individual and their changing needs.
