-11 Time NCAA All American in Track and Field and Cross Country (Univeristy of Michigan)

-Currently runs for Saucony and lives in Tallahassee with his wife Theresa (PUMA rep and JRC's Summer Camp sponsor) and his English Bulldog, Winston.
