The Monday morning group run starts in front of the river-walk at the Yates YMCA at 5:30 a.m. The group run is 4-6 miles over the Main Street and Acosta bridges. If you want to get stronger come out and join us.
The Monday night group run starts in front of the Brooks YMCA at 6:30PM. This group run is a 4-mile loop for all levels.
Tuesday
This is by far our most intense group
session. This group meets in front of Timed Exercise for an easy 2-3
mile run for a warm up follow by a 30-minute strength training class
with Timed Exercise. This will be the best total body workout you will
do all week.
The Tuesday night group run start front of the coolest place in town. Lululemon athletica at the St Johns Town Center. This group run is a 3-4 mile out and back course for all levels of walker and runners.
